Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork.
• Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international orders.
• International shipping costs may vary, and customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Packaging & Protection
• Each piece is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• For framed or large artworks, extra protective materials are used to ensure safe delivery.
Tracking & Issues
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges
